Had a great night in Hotel Doolin, for the launch of the 2013 Burren Food Trail. We were spoiled with the freshest oysters, smoked salmon and local St. Tola’s cheese on oatcakes and crackers. Elderberry wine from Wine of the Glen, and local beer. But that was only for starters.…
