Outline of the walk

Our walks are designed for those of you who want to learn mussels and winklesabout our edible seaweeds and how to incorporate them into your every day dishes, easily. We will sustainably harvest up to 14 types of delicious seaweed,and learn how to identify them, when in season, how to dry preserve and store them. Walks can include a picnic with wild edibles,seaweeds/sea shore plants, wild herbs/flowers and a few surprises.

What to Bring

Waterproof clothing, walking shoes/boots or wellies, pen and notebook, camera, bag or basket to take home seaweeds and a sharp knife or scissors.

Maximum no.of 14 per walk. Not suitable for buggies and small children need to be carried and supervised on slippy rocks.
