So Much Beauty, In My Compost

denis rousellFunny the way stuff finds you. As an organic gardener/tutor for years, making compost in ”the oven of the garden” is a hugely satisfying and rewarding thing to do. When it comes to using the dark crumbly remains (yes I have perfected the art of good compost making) I have so many times been able to literally read my compost!! The corn husks from one of the few out door dinners we delight on, in Ireland, the pumpkins seeds from Halloween, the citrus fruit, from the marmalade making session and so on.
I was charmed to come across this art exhibition, and delighted to receive a reply from the artist himself, after I contacted him.
Just need this awful wind to die down, go turn the compost heap and read the past……..
