Salad for-ever. Some of the beauties I have been knocking up lately…..Salad for breakfast, lunch and supper, I love that word supper. Salad in the car, on the beach, yes the weather is glorious and it’s salad making season. I could never tire of it, especially when it’s only a hop and a skip to the garden to get it. Get creative, think outside the box, think real mayonnaise, toasted seeds and nuts, tahini dressing, anchovies, eggs and all things pickled, think nutritious, easy to make and pleasing to the eye, that’s salad for you……….
