Healthy hedgerows – Foraging for Winter
A guided walk looking at what the local hedgerows and grasslands offer in terms of stocking up for winter and how to prepare some of these plants with Oonagh O’Dwyer from wildkitchen.ie
When: 2pm-4pm Admission:FREE* Where: Michael Cusack Centre, Carron
Directions:Go through Carron village going south. After 2km you will come to signs for the Michael Cusack Centre.
