Chuffed with my new camera, I can now snap to my hearts content. The Nikon D3100 is a 14.2 megapixel DX format DSLR Nikon F-mount camera and I’m in love. So much so that I took this image of my lunch, only seeing the wildlife after consumption…staying true to my organic ethos, lunch was lamb’s liver, green lentils, just picked salad from Wildkitchen Garden, Parmesan and a drizzle of this wonderful Organic extra virgin olive oil, OLVIA, bought from the charming Nikolas, at the Slow Food Clare event I was involved in at the weekend.
