This is just some of the produce I grew last year, I had food on my plate in 10 minutes. 5 different types of salad, 4 types of tomatoes, 8 types of herbs, flat leaf parsley, coriander, 3 types of basil, thyme, dill, fennel, chives, marjoram, and so much more. Baby aubergines, which I pickled with cumin seeds, garlic and oil and that I’m still eating…..divine.
