What are you harvesting lots of and wishing you had more of ?. If you want a job with fairly flexible hours, with no two days the same, where you can work out-side or shelter from the rain in a tunnel full of herbs and cucumbers and tomatoes and all sorts of interesting vegetables, a job where you get to grow your lunch and dinner, and harvest and preserve the abundant surplus, for the inevitable rainy days……….then take up growing your own food, it is rewarding beyond words, and will do it till I die.
