A bit giddy to be featured in the beautiful MiNDFOOD magazine with no other than the divine Meryl Streep on the cover. Through the great crew at Trafalgar Tour Company we were asked if we could do a piece for MiNDFOOD with Natasha Dragun the managing editor, a visitor here recently. She wanted to feature some of the wonderful local food, so it tied in nicely with the work I do and the walk I do with Theresa from Barrtra Seafood Restaurant.
Theresa specializes in local fresh seafood and with the seaweed and local wild edible plants I gather and talk about on my walks, it made for a great article. Co. Clare is fast becoming a 
serious food destination, we are part of it, as local and sustainable as you like.
